Montana Gold provides a wide color range with flowing color gradients for shading; perfect for photorealistic works. Works well on wood, concrete, metal, plastic, canvas, glass and many other surfaces. This versatile, fast drying spray color provides excellent opaque coverage of pure, brilliant color, and is guaranteed lightfast for at least 10 years. Each can features a colored ring at the top of the can that identifies the color inside and may also help the artist visualize the color mix of their artwork. It is suitable for indoor work as atomized spray is reduced to a minimum and is nearly odor-free. The paint is 100% lead and CFC free.

In combination with a balanced pressure system, this line offers various interchangeable caps that enable artists to spray any desired paint width, giving them the opportunity to achieve different effects for different projects. Using the different spray caps, artists can alternate between low pressure output and high pressure output from the same can. The low pressure caps are appreciated by artists because the low output enables them to do detailed work with thin lines. By just changing the cap the artist can transform to high pressure with a high output, making it useful for easily filling in larger areas.

Yes, you can cut your boards in our store before you head home with them.  We have a cutting table, t-square, and xacto knives for your use at no extra charge.  We just ask that you be careful, because all cutting is at your own risk.

Unique Studio Opportunity

Open to artists working in painting and drawing: One-week long “residency” at Utrecht Art Supplies, Washington DC. We will supply access to our front window display area (approx. 27 sq. ft.) where you can construct a working environment for your paintings or drawings. You will be able to develop your artwork during our regular hours of operation and will be featured on our website. Easel will be supplied.

An excellent opportunity to paint or draw in a professional, innovative space! Plenty of exposure!!!
